Delivery

We do not offer delivery services ourselves, but we’re happy to refer you to a trusted delivery partner we’ve worked with for over a decade—please reach out to us and we’ll be happy to put you in touch.

If you wish to have an item shipped outside the GTA you will need to make your own arrangements. Please ensure the service provider you use will pack and protect your items. Guff does not keep the materials required to package or crate products.

 

Pickup

Pickup is available during business hours. Packing materials are not provided so please arrive with blankets or cardboard to protect your piece of furniture.

If you purchased a large piece that requires 2 people to move, please let us know before you arrive so we can have it ready and ensure there is staff available to help. We are happy to help load your items however we are not responsible for any damage incurred during loading or transportation. Customers are responsible for securing their load safely & securely.

Items purchased must be picked up within 7 days after purchase. Please do not make a purchase if you are out of town or unable to pick up your item within 7 days.

Storage fees will apply for items not picked up after 7 days. Storage fees start at $50 per week.
